李亚敏，女，博士，教授，博士生导师，湖南省人民医院副经理，中华护理学会精神卫生护理专委会副主任委员，兼任中国医学救援协会心理救援分会常务理事，中国研究型医院学会护理研究分会常务理事，湖南省护理学会副理事长，湖南省护理学会护理心理专委会主任委员，《中华护理杂志》《中国护理管理》杂志编委，《湘雅护理杂志》主编，教育部学位论文评审专家，国家自然科学基金同行评审专家。
